1. Order Processing


All NEELVAY products are made using a Print-on-Demand (POD) production process.


Orders are generally processed within 2–4 business days after successful payment confirmation or Cash on Delivery (COD) order confirmation.


Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


2. Shipping Methods


We currently offer:


• Standard Shipping

• Free Shipping on eligible orders

• Prepaid Orders

• Cash on Delivery (COD)


Cash on Delivery is available only in eligible serviceable locations.


A flat ₹99 Cash on Delivery handling charge applies to all COD orders.


3. Delivery Time


Estimated delivery timelines are:


• Metro Cities: 3–5 Business Days

• Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 Business Days

• Remote Locations: 5–10 Business Days


Please note that these are estimated delivery timelines and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, festivals, or other circumstances beyond our control.


4. Shipping Charges


• Standard Shipping: ₹99

• Free Shipping on Orders Above ₹999

• Cash on Delivery (COD) Charge: ₹99


Shipping charges are displayed during checkout before payment.


5. Order Tracking


Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:


• Order Confirmation Email

• Shipping Confirmation Email

• Tracking Number

• Courier Partner Details

• Tracking Link


Tracking information usually becomes active within 24 hours after dispatch.


6. Delivery Delays


While we strive to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to:


• Courier partner delays

• Weather conditions

• Public holidays

• High order volumes

• Remote delivery locations

• Unexpected operational issues


We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.


7. Incorrect Shipping Address


Please ensure that your shipping address, phone number, and PIN code are accurate before placing an order.


NEELVAY is not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.


Additional shipping charges may apply if a package needs to be re-shipped.


8. Lost or Damaged Shipments


If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or the expected delivery date.


We will work with our courier partners to investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.


9. International Shipping


Currently, NEELVAY ships only within India.


International shipping may be introduced in the future.
