RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At NEELVAY, every product is made with care using our Print-on-Demand production process. We are committed to delivering premium-quality products and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns, replacements, or refunds only under the following circumstances:
• Wrong product received.
• Product received in damaged condition.
• Manufacturing defect or quality issue.
To be eligible, the product must:
• Be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
• Have all original tags and packaging intact.
• Be accompanied by the order number or proof of purchase.
2. Reporting an Issue
Any damaged, defective, or incorrect product must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

• Order Number
• Clear photographs or videos showing the issue
• A brief description of the problem
Requests received after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
3. Size Exchange Policy
NEELVAY offers one size exchange per order.
Customers are responsible for exchange shipping charges unless the incorrect size was sent by NEELVAY.
Please refer to our Size Guide carefully before placing your order.
4. Refund Process
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, approved refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer or UPI after receiving the required payment details.
5. Replacement Policy
Approved replacements will be provided only in the following situations:
• Wrong product delivered.
• Damaged product.
• Manufacturing defect.
• Printing defect or production error.
Replacement requests are subject to verification by our support team.
6. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
• Products that have been used, worn, washed, or altered.
• Products without original tags or packaging.
• Incorrect size selected by the customer.
• Change of mind after purchase.
• Personal preferences.
• Minor color variations caused by screen settings or photography.
• Customized or personalized products.
• Gift cards and promotional items.
7. Return Shipping Charges
If the return is due to:
• Wrong product delivered.
• Damaged product.
• Manufacturing defect.
• Printing defect.
NEELVAY will bear all return shipping charges.
For all other situations, return requests may not be accepted.
8. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before production or dispatch begins.
As all products are made using a Print-on-Demand process, cancellation requests cannot be accepted once production has started or the order has been shipped.
9. Cash on Delivery (COD)
A flat ₹99 Cash on Delivery handling charge applies to all COD orders.
The COD handling charge is non-refundable.
10. Important Notes
Due to the Print-on-Demand manufacturing process, slight variations in print placement, color, or fabric appearance may occur and shall not be considered manufacturing defects.
